QUICK RIDE利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）はレシップ株式会社（以下「当社」といいます。）が運営・提供するスマートフォン向けアプリケーション「QUICK RIDE」（以下「QUICK RIDE」といいます。）及びウェブサービスアプリケーション「QUICK RIDE for WEB」によるサービスの利用条件を定めるものです。

第1条（定義）

本規約において用いられる用語の定義は、本規約において別途定義される意味を有するほか、次の各号に定める意味を有するものとします。
  1. QUICK RIDE：当社が運営・提供するスマートフォン向けアプリケーション「QUICK RIDE」をいい、利用者は、QUICK RIDEを通じて、交通事業者の選択、選択した交通事業者の各種乗車チケット等の購入・利用、購入履歴の閲覧等をすることができます。
  2. QUICK RIDE for WEB：当社が運営・提供するウェブサービスアプリケーション「QUICK RIDE for WEB」をいい、利用者は、QUICK RIDE for WEBを通じて、事業者の各種乗車チケット等の購入・利用、購入履歴の閲覧等をすることができます。
  3. 利用者：QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBをご利用になるお客様をいいます。
  4. QUICK RIDE対応端末：利用者自身が管理使用するスマートフォン等端末機器のうち、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBの利用が可能として当社が指定した機種の総称をいいます。
  5. 個別サービス：QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEB 内において、交通事業者の各種乗車チケット等を購入・利用できる個々のサービスをいいます。
  6. 各種乗車チケット等：QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEB において、個別サービスとして購入・利用することができる交通事業者の一日乗車券、回数券等の乗車券等（施設入場券等がセットになったものを含みます。）をいいます。
  7. 交通事業者：利用者がQUICK RIDE 及びQUICK RIDE for WEBの個別サービスとして購入した各種乗車チケット等によって利用することができる交通事業者をいいます。
  8. 外部サービス：QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBと連携し、当社以外の第三者が提供する個々のコンテンツ及びサービスをいいます。
  9. 外部サービス事業者：外部サービスを提供する事業者をいいます。

第2条（本規約の適用、成立、使用許諾）

  1. 本規約は、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBの利用条件や利用上の注意事項等を定めるものであり、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBの利用者に適用されます。
  2. 利用者は、QUICK RIDEを端末にダウンロードし、又はQUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBを利用したときをもって、本規約に同意し承諾したものとみなされます。
  3. 当社は、利用者に対し、本規約に従うことを条件に、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEB対応端末に限り、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBを使用する権利を許諾します。
  4. QUICK RIDEは、QUICK RIDEをQUICK RIDE対応端末にダウンロードするか、又はQUICK RIDE for WEBを QUICK RIDE対応端末から利用する利用者本人のみが利用できるものとします。
  5. 利用者が未成年者、成年被後見人、被保佐人又は被補助人のいずれかである場合は、法定代理人、後見人、保佐人又は補助人の同意（本規約への同意を含みます。） 等を得たうえで、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBを利用するものとします。
  6. 当社は、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEB上で提供される個別サービスの利用条件や利用上の注意事項等を、個別サービス利用規約（以下「個別サービス利用規約」といいます。）として定めることがあります。 個別サービス利用規約が定められている場合は、利用者は、個別サービスを利用したときをもって、個別サービス利用規約に同意し承諾したものとみなされます。 本規約と個別サービス利用規約の内容が異なる場合には、個別サービス利用規約の内容が優先されます。

第3条（利用の拒否・取り消し）

  1. 当社は、利用者が任意にQUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBの利用に必要な記載事項の一部又は全部を入力等しない場合又は本規約に承諾しない場合、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBの提供を行わないものとします。利用者は、あらかじめこれらを承諾します。
  2. 当社は、利用者が次のいずれかに該当する場合、承諾後であってもこれらの取り消しを行うことがあります。利用者は、あらかじめこれらを承諾します。
    • 本規約の違反等により、過去にQUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEB、個別サービスの利用資格を取り消されたことがあることが判明した場合。
    • QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEB、個別サービスの利用に必要な記載に虚偽、誤記又は記入漏れがあることが判明した場合。
    • 未成年者、成年被後見人、被保佐人又は被補助人のいずれかであり、法定代理人、後見人、保佐人又は補助人の同意等を得ていない場合。
    • 当社が提供する個別サービス以外の他のサービスの利用規約に違反したことがあることが判明した場合。
    • QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBを不正に利用した場合。
    • QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBの運営を妨害した場合。
    • その他、当社が利用者として不適当と判断する場合。

第4条（各種サービスの利用方法）

  1. QUICK RIDE及び QUICK RIDE for WEBは、通信回線を経由し、利用者がQUICK RIDE対応端末にQUICK RIDEをダウンロードしインストールするか、又は通信回線を経由し、QUICK RIDE対応端末からQUICK RIDE for WEBにアクセスした後、当社所定の手続きを行うことにより利用できるサービスです。
  2. 利用者は、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEB内の個別サービスとして、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEB上で、交通事業者の各種乗車チケット等を購入して、利用することができます。
  3. 各種乗車チケット等は、決済完了後、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBに送信されます。利用者は、乗車時又は交通事業者の定めた時に、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBにて購入した各種乗車チケット等を画面表示して利用することができます。
  4. 各種乗車チケット等の利用にあたっては、交通事業者が定める運送約款及び法令等が適用されます。
  5. 各種乗車チケット等は、利用者と交通事業者との運送契約等を証するものです。乗車時又は交通事業者の定めた時、係員の要求があった場合には、各種乗車チケット等の画面を呈示してください。

第5条（ソーシャルログインサービスの利用）

  1. 利用者は、外部サービス事業者が提供するウェブサイト（以下「外部SNS」といいます。）のアカウントを利用して本サービスを利用する場合（以下「ソーシャルログインサービス」といいます。）、同サービスについて当社が定める規約を遵守するものとします。
  2. 利用者は、以下の事由が生じた場合、本サービスの一部又は全部の利用ができなくなる場合があることを承諾するものとします。当社は、その利用の制限により発生した利用者又は第三者の損害に対して、いかなる責任も負わないものとします。
    • 利用者が外部SNSを退会した場合
    • 外部SNSやソーシャルログインサービスに障害等が発生した場合
    • 外部サービス事業者が外部SNSやソーシャルログインサービスの提供を中断又は終了した場合
    • 外部サービス事業者が外部SNSやソーシャルログインサービスの内容や運用方針を変更した場合
    • その他、外部SNSやソーシャルログインサービスが利用できない場合
  3. 利用者が、ソーシャルログインサービスにより本サービスを利用する場合、当社は外部SNSやソーシャルログインサービスを提供する外部サービス事業者から利用者のアカウント情報を取得します。

第6条（外部サービス）

  1. 第三者により、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBと連携する外部サービスが提供される場合があります。
  2. 利用者がQUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBと連携する外部サービスを利用する場合、外部サービスの利用にかかる契約は、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBの利用規約とは別に、利用者と外部サービス事業者との間で直接成立します。
  3. 外部サービス事業者の判断により、利用者への通知なく、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBと外部サービスとの連携機能が制限され又は利用できなくなることがあります。

第7条（利用料金）

  1. 利用者は、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBを無料で利用できます。ただし、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBにおいて、決済を伴う個別サービス又は外部サービスを利用した際に生じた費用はすべて利用者の負担とします。
  2. ネット決済サービスは、個別サービス及び外部サービスを利用する際の利用料金等又はキャンセル料等について、利用者が事前に登録した決済方法（クレジットカード、キャリア決済等を含む決済方法で、当社が指定するものを意味します。）を用いて決済を行うことを可能とするサービスです。
  3. QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBでネット決済サービスを利用した場合、利用者は、当該利用者がネット決済サービスを通じて利用する決済方法を当該利用者に提供する者（クレジットカード会社や通信事業者、決済サービス提供事業者等を含み、以下「決済方法提供者」といいます。）が定めた当該決済方法の利用に関する規則又は当該決済方法に関わる契約内容等（以下「決済等諸規則」といいます。）を遵守したうえでネット決済サービスを利用するものとします。
  4. ネット決済サービスを利用する利用者が、個別サービス及び外部サービスの利用料金等の支払い義務を負う場合、当社及び外部サービス事業者の指定するところに従い、利用料金等を自己の登録した決済方法によって支払うものとします。なお、クレジット決済サービスの利用に関する売上処理、利用者への代金相当額の請求時期、請求明細、締め日等については、決済方法提供者と当社又は外部サービス事業者との間の取り決め及び決済等諸規定に従うものとします。
  5. ネット決済サービスの利用は、支払方法（クレジットカード等）を所有し、又は利用可能な利用者（注文者）ご本人に限らせていただきます。なお、第三者利用の場合であっても、ネット決済サービスによって利用料金等の決済を行う場合には、利用者（注文者）ご本人名義の支払い方法によるものとします。
  6. 利用料金等が利用者によって登録されたクレジットカード等の決済方法により決済を行うことができなかった場合は、利用者において決済方法提供者、及び外部サービス事業者が定める方法にて支払うものとします。

第8条（ID・パスワードの管理責任）

  1. 利用者は、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEB、個別サービス又は外部サービスの利用にあたって必要となる自己のID、パスワードその他の暗証番号（以下、あわせて「ID等」といいます。）を自らの責任をもって管理するものとし、ID等を使用してなされた一切の行為及びその結果について、その行為を自らしたか否かを問わず一切の責任を負うものとします。
  2. 利用者が自己のID等を第三者に使用されたことにより利用者又はその他の者が損害を被った場合であっても、その原因を問わず、当社は一切の責任を負わないものとします。
  3. 利用者は、他の利用者のID等を使用してQUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBを利用することはできないものとします。万が一、利用者が他の利用者のID等を使用してQUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBを利用した場合、利用者はそれによって生じた一切の損害を直ちに賠償するほか、発生した一切の紛争をその責任と負担において解決するものとします。

第9条（個人情報等）

  1. 当社は、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBを提供するにあたり、利用者より利用者の氏名、電話番号、メールアドレス等の個人情報（個人情報の保護に関する法律（平成十五年五月三十日法律第五十七号）第2条1項に定めるものをいいます。）、その他の利用者情報や位置情報等の情報（以下「個人情報等」といいます。）を取得することがあります。
  2. 当社は、利用者から取得した個人情報を、本規約、QUICK RIDEプライバシーポリシー、レシップグループ個人情報保護方針及び日本の個人情報保護関連法令等に基づき、適切に取り扱うものとします。

  3. 当社は、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBにおいて、利用者から取得した個人情報を以下の目的で利用します。
    • QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBを提供するため
    • QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBの管理・運用のため
    • QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBの内容の変更等を利用者に通知するため
    • QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBに関するお問い合わせ等に対応するため
    • QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBに関するアンケートを送付するため
    • QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBに関する新機能、更新情報、キャンペーン等及び当社が提供する他のサービスの案内を送付するため
    • QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBの改善や、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBによる影響評価のための調査分析を行うため
    • QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBに関する利用状況・購入状況等について個人を特定できないように加工した分析資料・統計資料を作成するため
    • 上記各項目に付随する業務を遂行するため
  4. 利用者は、当社が利用者の個人情報等を個人を特定できない統計データに加工したうえで、自ら利用し又は第三者に提供することに同意します。
  5. 利用者は、登録した自己の個人情報を、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEB所定の手続きに従って、照会、変更、削除することができます。ただし、サーバーもしくはネットワークのメンテナンス又は障害等の場合には、当社は利用者のご要望にお答えできないことがあります。
  6. 当社は、利用者の個人情報を第３項で定められた利用目的以外のために第三者へ提供する場合には、利用者の個別の承諾を得ることを原則とします。ただし、法令又は法的手続に基づく要請のある場合、利用者、当社、又は第三者の生命、身体又は財産等の合法的権益を保護するために必要な場合、情報処理又は分析の目的で日本国内の委託業者へ委託する場合など、日本の個人情報保護関連法令が認める場合には、利用者の承諾を得ることなく、第三者に対して利用者の個人情報を提供することがあります。
  7. 当社は、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBの提供終了後は、利用者の個人情報を削除します。ただし、個人を特定できない情報や個人を特定できないように加工した分析資料・統計資料等は、利用を継続する場合があります。

第10条（著作権等）

QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEB、個別サービス及び外部サービスで提供されるテキスト、画像、写真、音声及び動画等の情報に関する著作権、商標権、意匠権等の知的財産権は、当社又は外部サービス事業者に帰属しています。

第11条（注意事項、禁止事項）

  1. 利用者は、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBを利用するにあたり、利用者の安全のため以下の事項を遵守するものとします。
    • 車両の運転中又は歩行中のQUICK RIDE対応端末の操作や画面の注視は大変危険を伴い、道路交通法その他の法に違反する可能性があるため、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBの利用は、必ず安全な場所に止まってから行うこと
    • QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBが提供する情報は参考情報であること、また、必ずしも最適なものになるとは限らないことを認識し、常に実際の歩道や道路の状況、道路標識、道路標示、及び、その他の交通規制や交通ルールを優先すること
  2. 利用者は、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBの利用にあたり、以下に定める行為を行わないものとします。
    • 当社もしくは第三者の著作権、商標等の知的財産権、その他の権利を侵害する行為、又は侵害する恐れのある行為
    • 第三者のプライバシーを侵害する行為、又は侵害するおそれのある行為
    • 利用者本人がダウンロードしたQUICK RIDEや利用者本人のアカウントでログインしたQUICK RIDE for WEBを第三者に利用させることにより第三者に各種乗車チケット等を利用させる行為又は利用者が購入した各種乗車チケット等の画面情報を第三者に取得させる行為
    • QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBへの不正アクセス、不正攻撃又はそのおそれのある行為
    • QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBの提供を不能にすること、その他QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBの提供及びその運営に支障を与える行為、又はそのおそれのある行為
    • 当社もしくは第三者に不利益もしくは損害を与える行為、又はその恐れのある行為
    • 犯罪的行為もしくは犯罪的行為に結びつく行為、又はおそれのある行為
    • QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBを利用することによって得られる一切の情報を業として利用する行為又は方法の如何を問わず第三者の利用に供する行為
    • QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBをQUICK RIDE対応端末以外の端末（QUICK RIDE対応端末を不正に改造した端末を含みます。）で利用する行為
    • QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBのアプリケーションの逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル等のリバースエンジニアリング行為
    • QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBを、他のアプリケーション、サービスと組み合わせて利用する行為（個別サービス及び外部サービスを除きます。）
    • 本規約に違反する行為
    • 上記の他、法令、もしくは公序良俗に違反する行為、又は違反するおそれのある行為
  3. 利用者は、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEB及び個別サービスにかかる契約上の地位の全部又は一部を第三者に譲渡、承継、又は担保に供することはできないものとします。

第12条（損害賠償）

  1. 利用者がQUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEB、個別サービス又は外部サービスの利用によって第三者に対して損害を与えた場合、利用者は自己の責任と負担をもって解決し、当社には一切の迷惑をかけないものとします。
  2. 利用者が本規約、個別サービス又は外部サービスにかかる規約に反した行為、又は不正もしくは違法な行為によって当社に損害を与えた場合、当社は当該利用者に対して損害賠償を請求することができるものとします。

第13条（本規約等の変更、中断、終了等）

  1. 当社は、利用者の承諾を得ることなく、本規約又は個別サービス利用規約の内容を変更することができるものとし、利用者はこれに異議を述べないものとします。
  2. 当社は、利用者へ通知することなく、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEB又は個別サービスを変更することができるものとします。
  3. 当社は、次のいずれかに該当する場合には、利用者へ通知することなく、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEB又は個別サービスの提供を一時的に中断することがあります。
    • QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBの更新、アップグレード、バージョンアップやシステムの保守を定期的に又は緊急に行う場合
    • 火災、停電、戦争、暴動、騒乱、労働争議などによりQUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBの提供ができなくなった場合
    • 地震、噴火、洪水、津波などの天災によりQUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBの提供ができなくなった場合
    • QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBに用いる通信サービスが停止し、又は障害が発生した場合
    • QUICK RIDE対応端末の使用環境その他の事情により通信障害が生じた場合
    • その他、運用上又は技術上、当社がQUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBの提供を一時的に中断する必要があると判断した場合
  4. 当社は、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEB又は個別サービスの一時中断のお知らせを行う場合、当社が適当と判断する方法で利用者にその旨を通知します。ただし、緊急の場合又はやむを得ない事情により通知できない場合は、この限りではありません。
  5. 当社は、利用者へ通知することなく、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBの提供の終了又は個別サービスの廃止（継続中の個別サービスにかかる契約の解除を含みます。）をすることができるものとします。
  6. QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBの提供が終了する場合、本規約は、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBの提供の終了と同時に終了します。
  7. 前項の規定にもかかわらず、第７条は、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBの利用料金等又はキャンセル料等の支払の完了まで、第９条、第10条、第12条、第14条、第15条、第16条ならびに第17条は本規約終了後も有効とします。

第14条（免責）

  1. 購入された各種乗車チケット等の運送契約等及び交通機関の運行等に関する事項については、運行する交通事業者が利用者に対して責任を負うものであり、利用者からの苦情申し出が当社にあった場合には、当社は運行する交通事業者に対して適切な対応を要請し、当社は利用者に対してその責任を負わないものとします。
  2. 当社は、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEB及び個別サービスの利用又はそのサービス提供の正確性、完全性、最新性、有用性及び動作・品質等について、保証しません。QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEB又は個別サービスの利用において、利用者又は第三者に生じた損害に対しては、当社に故意又は重大な過失があると客観的に認められる場合に限り、当社は、利用者が直接かつ現実に被った損害のうち、購入したチケット額を上限として損害賠償責任を負うものとします。
  3. 当社は、第３条に基づくQUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBの利用の拒否・取り消しによって利用者が損害を被った場合でも、一切その責任を負わないものとします。
  4. 当社は、第１３条に基づく本規約又は個別サービス利用規約の内容の変更によって利用者が損害を被った場合でも、一切その責任を負わないものとします。
  5. 当社は、第１３条に基づくQUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEB、個別サービスの変更によって利用者が損害を被った場合でも、一切その責任を負わないものとします。
  6. 当社は、第１３条に基づくQUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEB、個別サービスの提供の一時的な中断によって利用者が損害を被った場合でも、一切その責任を負わないものとします。
  7. 当社は、第１３条に基づくQUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBの提供の終了又は個別サービスの廃止によって利用者が損害を被った場合でも、一切その責任を負わないものとします。
  8. QUICK RIDE対応端末のOSのバージョンアップの有無等によって、利用者が利用できる各種機能の内容が異なる場合があり、当社は、利用者に対してQUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBの全ての機能を利用可能であることを保証しないものとします。当社は、その利用の制限により発生した利用者又は第三者の損害に対して、いかなる責任も負わないものとします。
  9. 利用者は、AppStore、GooglePlay等のアプリストアの利用規約及び運用方針の変更に伴い、QUICK RIDEの一部又は全部の利用が制限される可能性があることをあらかじめ承諾するものとします。当社は、その利用の制限により発生した利用者又は第三者の損害に対して、いかなる責任も負わないものとします。
  10. 利用者は、次の各号の場合には、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEB、個別サービス及び外部サービスの全部又は一部が利用できず、それにより利用者又は第三者が被った損害・損失等に対して、それが当社の故意又は重過失により生じた場合を除き、当社はいかなる責任も負わないことを承諾するものとします。
    • 利用者の届出た情報の内容に誤りのある場合。
    • QUICK RIDE対応端末又はその他周辺機器等が正しく接続されていない場合、又は故障、損壊、不具合等があり正常に作動しない場合、又はこれらの組み合わせにおいて不適合である場合、もしくはQUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEB、個別サービス、外部サービスの利用に障害となるような機能設定をしている場合。
    • QUICK RIDE対応端末又はその他周辺機器の取扱説明書等に記載されている事項を遵守しなかった場合。
    • QUICK RIDE対応端末の電池切れ等、端末又はその他周辺機器等に電力が正常に供給されていない場合。
    • QUICK RIDE対応端末又はその他周辺機器等の電源が入っていない場合。
  11. 外部サービスの利用にかかる契約は、利用者と外部サービス事業者との間で直接成立しますので、外部サービスの利用について、利用者に損害等が発生した場合であっても、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
  12. 当社は、外部サービスの利用又はそのサービス提供の正確性、完全性、最新性、有用性及び動作・品質等についていかなる保証もせず、外部サービスの利用により発生した利用者又は第三者の損害に対しては、いかなる責任も負わないものとします。
  13. 外部サービス事業者の判断により、利用者への通知なく、外部サービスとの連携機能が制限され、又は利用できなくなることがあります。当該制限又は利用できなくなったことによる損害について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
  14. 利用者と外部サービス事業者との間で紛争が生じた場合は、利用者と外部サービス事業者との間で解決するものとし、利用者は、当社に何らの請求又は苦情を申し立てないものとします。

第15条（退会）

  1. 利用者は、当社所定の手続の完了により、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBの利用登録を解約（以下「退会」といいます。）することができるものとします。
  2. 利用者が退会した場合、本規約及び個別サービス利用規約は終了します。
  3. 利用者が退会した場合、登録した利用者の情報、購入済みの各種乗車チケット等の情報は削除され、再度、QUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBに新規登録しても退会前の情報は戻らないものとします。
  4. 利用者が退会した場合、利用者は、未使用の購入済み各種乗車チケット等の払い戻しも含めて、取得した権利の一切を失うものとします。ただし、利用者は、本規約及び個別サービス利用規約の終了前の事由に基づき生じた義務及び債務等を免れるものではありません。

第16条（反社会的勢力の排除）

  1. 利用者は、当社に対し、自己（自己が法人の場合は、代表者、役員又は実質的に経営を支配する者をいう。）が暴力団、暴力団員、暴力団関係企業、総会屋、社会標ぼうゴロ、特殊知能暴力集団等の反社会的勢力（以下「反社会的勢力」という。）に該当しないことを表明し、かつ将来にわたっても該当しないことを確約するものとします。
  2. 当社は、利用者が反社会的勢力に属すると判明した場合には、催告することなく、本規約を解除することができるものとします。
  3. 当社が、前項の規定により、本規約を解除した場合には、これによる利用者の損害を賠償する責任を負わないものとし、利用者は当社に生じた損害について賠償する責任を負うものとします。

第17条（準拠法・合意管轄）

本規約の準拠法は日本法とし、本規約及びQUICK RIDE及びQUICK RIDE for WEBに関する法的紛争の一切に関しては、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

QUICK RIDE Terms of Use

The "QUICK RIDE Terms of Use" (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use") is conditions of use for QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB which are operated and provided by LECIP Corp. (hereinafter referred to as "The Company").

Article 1 (Definitions)

Terms used in Terms of Use shall have the meanings set forth in the following items, in addition the meanings separately defined in Terms of Use.

  1. QUICK RIDE: The "QUICK RIDE" application for smartphones operated and provided by The Company. Through QUICK RIDE, Users can select a transportation provider, purchase and use Various Tickets, etc. of the selected transportation provider, view their purchase history and use other service.
  2. QUICK RIDE for WEB: The "QUICK RIDE for WEB" web service application operated and provided by The Company. Through QUICK RIDE for WEB, Users can purchase and use Various Tickets, etc. and view their purchase history and use other service.
  3. User: The customer who uses QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB.
  4. Device compatible with QUICK RIDE: A generic term for the model of smartphone that is managed and used by the User and designated by The Company as being capable of using QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB.
  5. Individual Services: Individual services that allow Users to purchase and use Various Tickets, etc. by transportation providers within QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB.
  6. Various Tickets, etc.: Tickets, etc. such as one-day tickets and coupon tickets of Transportation Operators that can be purchased and used as Individual Services in QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB (including those that include facility admission tickets, etc.).
  7. Transportation Operator: A transportation operator that can be used by Various Tickets, etc. purchased by Users as Individual Services of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB.
  8. External Services: Individual contents and services provided by third parties other than The Company in conjunction with QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB.
  9. External Service Provider: A business operator that provides External Services.

Article 2 (Application, Formation, and Licensing of these Terms and Conditions)

  1. This Terms of Use defines the terms and conditions of use and precautions for the use of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB, and apply to all the Users of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB.
  2. Users are deemed to have agreed to and accepted this Terms of Use when they download QUICK RIDE to their devices or use QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB.
  3. The Company grants the User the right to use QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB only on a Device compatible with QUICK RIDE, provided that the User complies with the Terms of Use.
  4. QUICK RIDE may be used only by the User who has downloaded QUICK RIDE to a Device compatible with QUICK RIDE or the User who use QUICK RIDE for WEB by using a Device compatible with QUICK RIDE.
  5. If the User is a minor, an adult ward, a person subject to conservatorship or assistance, the User use QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB only after obtaining the consent of his/her legal representative, guardian, conservator or assistant (including consent to the Terms of Use).
  6. The Company may stipulate terms and conditions of use and precautions for Individual Services provided on QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB as terms of use for Individual Services (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Service Terms of Use"). In cases where Individual Service Terms of Use are stipulated, Users are deemed to have agreed to and accepted the Individual Service Terms of Use when they use the Individual Service. In the event of any discrepancy between the Terms of Use and the Individual Service Terms of Use, the Individual Service Terms of Use shall take precedence over the Terms of Use.

Article 3 (Refusal of use or Cancellation)

  1. The Company shall not provide QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB if the User does not voluntarily enter all or part of the information required to apply for QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB, or if the User does not agree to the Terms of Use. The User agrees to these conditions in advance.
  2. The Company reserves the right to cancel the subscription even after the subscription has been accepted if any of the following conditions apply to the User. The User agrees to these conditions in advance.
    • If it is found that the User’s eligibility to use QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB or Individual Services has been revoked in the past due to a violation of the Terms of Use, etc.
    • When it is found that there are falsehoods, errors or omissions in the description necessary for use of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB or Individual Services.
    • The User is a minor, an adult ward, a person under curatorship or a person under assistance, and has not obtained the consent of his/her legal representative, guardian, conservator or assistant.
    • When it is found that the User has violated the terms of use of other services other than the Individual Services provided by The Company before.
    • In the event of unauthorized use of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB.
    • If the User interferes with the operation of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB.
    • Other cases in which The Company deem the User to be inappropriate as a User.

Article 4 (How to Use Individual Services)

  1. QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB are services that can be used by downloading and installing QUICK RIDE on a Device compatible with QUICK RIDE via a telecommunication line, or by accessing QUICK RIDE for WEB using a Device compatible with QUICK RIDE via a telecommunication line and then following the procedures prescribed by the Company.
  2. Users may purchase and use Various Tickets, etc. from Transportation Operators on QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB as Individual Services within QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB.
  3. After payment is completed, the tickets are sent to QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB. Users can use the tickets purchased through QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB on the screen when boarding a train or a bus or at a time designated by the Transportation Operator.
  4. The use of Various Tickets, etc. is subject to the terms and conditions of carriage stipulated by Transportation Operators and laws and regulations.
  5. Each of Various Tickets, etc. is a proof of the contract of transportation between the User and the Transportation Operator. When boarding a train or a bus, or when requested by a staff member at a time designated by the Transportation Operator, please present the screen of the Various Tickets, etc.

Article 5 (Use of Social Login Services)

  1. When the User uses QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB using the account of the website provided by the external service provider (hereinafter referred to as "external SNS"), (hereinafter referred to as "Social Login Services"), the user shall comply with the terms and conditions established by The Company regarding the service.
  2. The User agrees that it may become impossible to use part or all of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB for the following reasons. The Company shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred by users or third parties due to restrictions on their use.
    • When the user withdraws from the external SNS
    • In the event of a failure, etc., in an external SNS or Social Login Services
    • When the external service provider suspends or terminates the provision of the external SNS or Social Login Services
    • When the external service provider changes the content or operation policy of the external SNS or Social Login Services
    • In addition, when external SNS or Social Login Services cannot be used
  3. When the User uses QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB through Social Login Services, The Company will acquire the User's account information from an external service provider that provides an external SNS or Social Login Services.

Article 6 (External Services)

  1. Third parties may provide External Services that are linked to QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB.
  2. When a User uses an External Service that is linked to QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB, the contract for the use of the external service is separate from the Terms of Use of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB and is established directly between the User and the External Service Provider.
  3. The function of linking QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB with External Services may be restricted or unavailable at the discretion of the External Service Provider without notice to the User.

Article 7 (Usage Fees)

  1. Users may use QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB free of charge. However, Users are responsible for all costs incurred when using Individual Services or External Services that involve payment in QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB.
  2. The Internet Settlement Service is a service that enables Users to settle usage fees, cancellation fees, etc. for Individual Services and External Services using payment methods registered in advance (meaning payment methods including credit card, carrier payment, etc. that are designated by The Company).
  3. When using the Internet Settlement Service through QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB, Users comply with the rules and regulations regarding the use of the payment method or the contents of the contract related to the payment method (hereinafter referred to as the "Payment and Settlement Regulations") established by the payment method provider (including credit card companies, telecommunication carriers, payment service providers, etc., hereinafter referred to as "Payment Method Provider"), and shall use the Internet Payment Service.
  4. In the event that a User of the Internet Settlement Service is obligated to pay usage fees, etc. for Individual Services and External Services, the User pays the usage fees, etc. by the payment method registered by the User in accordance with the specifications of The Company and the External Service Providers. With regard to sales processing, billing period, billing details, closing date, etc., regarding the use of credit card payment services, the User shall follow the agreements and settlement regulations between the Payment Method Provider and The Company or External Service Providers.
  5. The use of the Internet Settlement Service shall be limited to the User (Orderer) who owns or is able to use the payment method (credit card, etc.). Even in the case of use by a third party, the payment method must be in the name of the User (Orderer) when payment of usage fees, etc. is made through the Internet Settlement Service.
  6. In the event that the User is unable to pay the usage fee by credit card or other payment method registered by the User, the User shall pay the fee by a method determined by the Payment Method Provider or the External Service Provider.

Article 8 (Responsibility for ID and password management)

  1. Users shall be responsible for managing their own IDs, passwords, and other PINs (hereinafter collectively referred to as "IDs, etc.") required for use of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB, Individual Services, or External Services and shall be liable for all acts performed using their IDs, etc. and the results thereof, whether or not they performed such acts themselves.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the User or any other party due to the use of the User's ID, etc. by a third party, regardless of the cause of such loss or damage.
  3. A User may not use QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB using the IDs, etc. of another User. In the unlikely event that a User uses another User's ID, etc. to use QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB, the User shall immediately compensate for any and all damages caused thereby and settle any and all disputes that arise at his/her responsibility and expense.

Article 9 (Personal Information, etc.)

  1. In providing QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB, The Company will collect personal information (as defined in Article 2-1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of May 30, 2003)) such as names, telephone numbers, e-mail address and other information such as User’s information and location information (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information”) may be obtained.
  2. The Company shall properly handle Personal Information obtained from Users in accordance with the Terms of Use, the QUICK RIDE Privacy Policy, the LECIP Group Privacy Policy, and Japanese laws and regulations related to personal information protection.

  3. The Company will use Personal Information obtained from Users in QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB for the following purposes.
    • To provide QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB
    • For management and operation of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB
    • To notify Users of changes to the contents of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB
    • To respond to inquiries regarding QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB, etc.
    • To send questionnaires regarding QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB
    • To send information on new features, updates, campaigns, etc. related to QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB and other services provided by The Company
    • To conduct research and analysis to improve QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB and to evaluate the impact of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB
    • To prepare analytical and statistical materials regarding the usage and purchase status of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB, etc., processed in such a way that individuals cannot be identified.
    • To perform tasks incidental to each of the above items
  4. The User agrees that The Company may process the User's Personal Information, etc. into non-personally identifiable statistical data and use it itself or provide it to a third party.
  5. Users may inquire, change, or delete their registered personal information in accordance with the procedures prescribed in QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB. However, The Company may not be able to respond to the User's request in the event of server or network maintenance or failure.
  6. In principle, The Company will obtain the User's individual consent before providing the User's Personal Information to a third party for any purpose other than those specified in Section 3. However, if required by law or legal process, if necessary to protect the life, body, or property of the User, The Company, or a third party, or if permitted by Japanese personal information protection laws, such as when outsourcing to a contractor in Japan for information processing or analysis purposes, The Company may provide personal information to a third party without obtaining the User's consent.
  7. The Company will delete the User's personal information after the provision of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB is terminated. However, The Company may continue to use information that does not identify individuals or analytical or statistical materials that have been processed in such a way that individuals cannot be identified.

Article 10 (Copyrights, etc.)

Copyrights, trademarks, design rights, and other intellectual property rights related to text, images, photos, audio, video, and other information provided in QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB, Individual Services, and External Services belong to The Company or External Service Providers.

Article 11 (Precautions, Prohibited Items)

  1. Users shall observe the following for their own safety when using QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB.
    • Operating a Device compatible with QUICK RIDE or looking at the screen while driving or walking is extremely dangerous and may violate the Road Traffic Law and other laws, so be sure to stop at a safe place before using QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB.
    • Recognize that the information provided by QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB is for reference only and may not always be the most appropriate, and always give priority to actual sidewalk and road conditions, road signs, road markings, and other traffic regulations and traffic rules.
  2. In using QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB, Users shall not engage in any of the following acts
    • Acts that infringe, or may infringe, intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, or other rights of The Company or third parties
    • Actions that violate or may violate the privacy of third parties
    • Acts of allowing a third party to use Various Tickets, etc. by allowing a third party to use QUICK RIDE downloaded by the User or to use QUICK RIDE for WEB logged in using the User account or acts of allowing a third party to obtain screen information of Various Tickets, etc. purchased by the User
    • Unauthorized access to QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB, unauthorized attacks, or actions that may lead to such unauthorized access or attack
    • Any act that disables the provision of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB or otherwise interferes with the provision or operation of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB, or any act that may cause such disruption.
    • Actions that cause or may cause disadvantage or damage to The Company or third parties
    • Criminal acts or acts that lead or may lead to criminal acts
    • Any act of using any information obtained through the use of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB as a business, or any act of making such information available to a third party, regardless of the method used.
    • Use of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB on a device other than a Device compatible with QUICK RIDE (including a device that has been improperly modified to be compatible with QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB )
    • Reverse engineering acts such as decompiling or disassembling application of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB
    • Use of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB in combination with other applications or services (excluding Individual Services and External Services).
    • Violation of these Terms and Conditions
    • Other than the above, acts that violate or may violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
  3. Users may not transfer, succeed, or offer as collateral to a third party all or part of their contractual status with respect to QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB and Individual Services.

Article 12 (Compensation for Damages)

  1. If a User causes damage to a third party through the use of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB, Individual Services, or External Services, the User shall resolve the matter at his/her own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any trouble to The Company.
  2. In the event that a User violates the Terms of Use, Individual Services, or terms and conditions for External Services, or causes damage to The Company through fraudulent or illegal acts, The Company may claim compensation for damages from the User.

Article 13 (Modification, Suspension, Termination, etc. of Terms of Use, etc.)

  1. The Company may change the contents of Terms of Use or the Terms of Service for Individual Services without the consent of the User, and the User shall not object to such changes.
  2. The Company may change QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB or Individual Services without notice to Users.
  3. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB or Individual Services without notice to Users in any of the following cases
    • For periodic or emergency updates, upgrades, version upgrades or system maintenance of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB
    • When QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB cannot be provided due to fire, power outage, war, riot, disturbance, labor dispute, etc.
    • In the event that the provision of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB becomes impossible due to natural disasters such as earthquakes, eruptions, floods, and tsunamis.
    • If the communication service used for QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB is stopped or fails
    • In the event of communication failure due to the usage environment of the Device compatible with QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB or other circumstances
    • When The Company deems it necessary to temporarily suspend the provision of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB for operational or technical reasons
  4. When notifying Users of the temporary suspension of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB or Individual Services, The Company will notify them in a manner The Company deems appropriate. However, this shall not apply in the case of an emergency or when notification cannot be made due to unavoidable circumstances.
  5. The Company may terminate the provision of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB or discontinue Individual Services (including termination of contracts for ongoing Individual Services) without notice to Users.
  6. In the event that the provision of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB is terminated, Terms of Use will be terminated at the same time as the provision of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB is terminated.
  7. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, Article 7 shall remain in effect until the completion of payment of the usage fees or cancellation fees for QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB, and Articles 9, 10, 12, 14, 15, 16, and 17 shall remain in effect after termination of Terms of Use

Article 14 (Exemption from Liability)

  1. The transportation operator shall be responsible to the user for matters related to the transportation contract and transportation services, such as various tickets, etc., purchased. In the event that we receive a complaint from a user, we will request the transportation operator to take appropriate action, and we shall not be liable to the user.
  2. We shall not guarantee the use of QUICK RIDE, QUICK RIDE for WEB and individual services or the accuracy, completeness, currency, usefulness, operation, quality, etc. of such services provided. In the use of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB or individual services, for any damage caused by the user or a third party, only in cases where it is objectively recognized as intentional or gross negligence on the part of us, we shall be liable for damages up to the amount of the ticket purchased for any direct and actual damages incurred by the user.
  3. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the User as a result of the denial or cancellation of the use of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB in accordance with Article 3.
  4. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the User as a result of changes to Terms of Use or Individual Services Terms of Use in accordance with Article 13
  5. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the User as a result of changes to QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB or Individual Services pursuant to Article 13.
  6. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the User due to temporary suspension of the provision of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB or Individual Services in accordance with Article 13.
  7. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the User as a result of the termination of the provision of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB or the discontinuation of Individual Services in accordance with Article 13.
  8. The various functions available to the User may vary depending on the OS version of the Device compatible with QUICK RIDE, and The Company does not guarantee to the User that all functions of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB will be available to the User. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User or any third party due to such limitation of use.
  9. The User agrees in advance that use of part or all of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB may be restricted due to changes in the terms of use and operating policies of app stores such as AppStore, Google Play, etc. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User or any third party as a result of such restrictions.
  10. Users agree that in the event of any of the following, in the case, QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB, Individual Services, and External Services cannot be used in whole or in part, The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by User or third parties as a result, unless such damages or losses are caused by The Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
    • When there is an error in the information provided by the User.
    • When a Device compatible with QUICK RIDE or other peripheral equipment is not connected properly, or does not operate properly due to malfunction, damage, defect, etc., or is incompatible with any combination of these, or has functional settings that interfere with the use of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB, Individual Services, or External Services.
    • In the case of failure to comply with the items described in the instruction manual of the Device compatible with QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB or other peripheral equipment.
    • When power is not normally supplied to the Device compatible with QUICK RIDE or other peripheral equipment, such as when the battery of the Device compatible with QUICK RIDE runs out, etc.

  11. The contract for the use of External Services is concluded directly between the User and the External Service Provider, and The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User in connection with the use of External Services.
  12. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currentness, usefulness, operation, quality, etc. of the use of External Services or the provision of such services, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User or third parties as a result of the use of External Services.
  13. The External Service Providers may, at their discretion, restrict or disable the functions linked with the external service without notice to the User. The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by such restriction or unavailability.
  14. In the event of a dispute between a User and an External Service Provider, the dispute shall be resolved between the User and the External Service Provider, and the User shall not file any claim or complaint with The Company.

Article 15 (Withdrawal from Membership)

  1. A User may cancel the registration for use of QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB (hereinafter referred to as "withdrawal") upon completion of the procedures prescribed by The Company.
  2. If a User withdraws from the membership, Terms of Use and the Individual Services Terms of Use will be terminated.
  3. If a User withdraws from the membership, the User's registered information, purchased tickets and other information will be deleted, and even if the User registers again at, the information before withdrawal will not be restored.
  4. If a User withdraws from the membership, the User shall lose all acquired rights, including refunds of unused purchased Various Tickets, etc. However, the User shall not be exempted from obligations, liabilities, etc. arising from reasons prior to the termination of Terms of Use and the Individual Services Terms of Use.

Article 16 (Exclusion of Antisocial Forces)

  1. The User represents and warrants to The Company that he/she (or, if the User is a corporation, its representatives, officers, or persons who effectively control its management) does not and will not fall under any of the following categories: organized crime groups, organized crime group members, organized crime group-related companies, general assemblymen, socially-oriented crime groups, special intelligence crime groups, and other anti-social forces (hereinafter referred to as "Anti-Social Forces").
  2. If a User is found to be a member of antisocial forces, The Company may terminate the Terms of Use without notice.
  3. In the event that The Company terminates Terms of Use pursuant to the preceding paragraph, The Company shall not be liable to compensate the User for any damage caused thereby, and the User shall be liable to compensate The Company for any damage caused thereby.

Article 17 (Governing Law and Agreed Jurisdiction)

The Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive first instance jurisdiction over any and all legal disputes related to the Terms of Use and QUICK RIDE and QUICK RIDE for WEB.
