Withdrawal from membership
There are two ways to cancel your membership: from within the app or by contacting the service desk. To cancel from within the app, go to 'User Info' in 'My Page' and select 'Delete Account'.
To contact the service desk:
(opening hours: 9:00-17:00),
・The name and URL of the service you wish to cancel
・Registered e-mail address
and state that you wish to cancel your membership.
If you cancel your membership, your registered account information will be deleted. Please note that all purchased ticket information becomes invalid and cannot be restored. Refunds for unused tickets will also no longer be possible, so please process your withdrawal after you have either used or refunded the tickets.
Deletion of data
There are two ways to delete data: from within the app or by contacting the service desk. To delete data from within the app, go to 'User Info' in 'My Page' and select 'Delete Account'. When you withdraw from membership, all data relating to your personal data will be deleted.
